We are a 55+ Waterfront Community located on Haldeman Creek which has direct access to Naples Bay and the Gulf. We are resident owned and managed, a community with very low monthly obligations to run the park.
We have inland and waterfront homes. Waterfront homes have their own moorings to hold a 35ft boat behind the home with access to the bay and gulf.

Naples Land Yacht Harbor is resident owned and has 352 homes with a low monthly maintenance fee (approx $400) all within 2 miles of downtown 5th Ave and the Naples Pier and beaches.

We are a financially stable, well managed community with a resident elected Board of Directors, a full time business manager and an onsite maintenance department.

From our location, there is direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. We are within walking and biking distance of downtown Naples

Monthly maintenance fee includes property taxes, lawn mowing and trimming, trash removal, broadband TV and fast internet service with streaming. infrastructure maintenance is performed by our full time team.

Waterfront dining is accessible by boat via direct access to Haldeman Creek, Naples Harbor. and the Gordon River.

Naples Land Yacht Harbor has a 32 slip marina available to non waterfront home owners on a first come, first served basis. The marina is capable of mooring boats up to 30 ft. Waterfront homes 35ft boats.

Corporate Membership Fee is required for new home owners to join the NLYH Corporation. This is a one-time fee that is refunded to you, when you choose to sell your home. It’s your investment in the park while you live here.
