The home is located in Oak Point Mobile Home Park in Titusville, a 55+ community waterfront park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, a microwave oven. The lot rent is $595/month and includes water, trash pickup twice weekly, use of the clubhouse, fishing pier as the park is located on the Indian River. Optional lawn service is available for a small monthly fee by a local resident. CASH PURCHASE ONLY PLUS CLOSING COSTS. All prospective residents need to submit a resident application and be approved prior to home sale closing. The application fee is $75 per person non-refundable.
