The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range with self-cleaning oven, dish washer, a microwave oven and lots of cabinets. The rear bedroom is great for guest. Just off the living room is a bonus room with storage shelves but could be used as an office or small bedroom. This home features lots of storage space and has a washer and dryer. There is a shed in the rear of the property. The Air conditioner was replaced in 2016. The lot rent is $608/month and includes water, trash pickup twice weekly, use of the clubhouse, fishing pier as the park is located on the Indian River. Optional lawn service is available for a small monthly fee by a local resident. All prospective residents need to submit a resident application and be approved prior to home sale closing. The application fee is $75 per person and non-refundable. All buyers must be approved by the Community Manager and all buyers should obtain the Rules & Regulations of the Park.
